this 1976 film is hugely inspirational for us. we love it. the music, the clothes, the love affair, the movie’s tone and feel. it all resonates with us – the spirit and philosophy that we seek to embrace.

the film charts the torrid relationship between an up-and-coming songwriter and a fading rock star – barbara streisand and kris kristofferson.

jesse and i recently had a much needed break over new year’s at the goldeneye resort in jamaica. goldeneye was ian fleming’s winter writing house and where he wrote all fourteen of the james bond novels. it is now owned by music legend and island records founder, chris blackwell. set within several acres of lush tropical rainforest the fleming property sits on top of a small cliff with spectacular views of the beach. a rustic, casual, easy, yet sophisticated, aesthetic blends effortlessly with the rhythms of the caribbean and an outdoor/ indoor approach to living.
